• Non-Transferable: Hours cannot be transferred to another person or project.
• No Splitting Across Packages: You cannot split hours between two different service packages or retain hours for future upgrades.
• Time Tracking: All hours are tracked and shared transparently for accountability.
• Prepayment Required: The full payment is required upfront to begin service.
• Limited Availability: This is a first-come, first-served package and may be temporarily closed if we reach full capacity.
• Support Scope: Any tasks beyond the defined services may be subject to approval and additional billing.
• VA Assignment: Based on your project needs, a VA will be assigned who specializes in the required platforms.
